Yasmin joined our team in 2012 and has consistently ranked among our top five coordinators year after year. As a Team Leader, she has played a key role in recruiting, training, and developing new talent—successfully guiding multiple recruits into becoming high-performing agents. As Customer Service Manager, Laura oversees and supports both the customer service and dispatch teams, handling inquiries, guiding training initiatives, and ensuring high standards through ongoing quality control within her department.

Mark joined AutoStar just one year after the company was founded and has been a cornerstone of its success ever since. Valerie has been a valued member of our team since 2015 and currently serves as our Caribbean Regional Manager. In this role, she has taken the lead in expanding our services for customers shipping vehicles throughout the Caribbean and other maritime destinations. With extensive industry expertise and a strong commitment to company growth, Valerie manages a specialized team of maritime experts and plays a vital role in our business development efforts. Her leadership and dedication have been instrumental in strengthening our international shipping capabilities.
